About the Role

As we are scaling our marketing efforts across product launches, international events, digital initiatives, and brand campaigns. As the volume and complexity of projects increase, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to ensure execution excellence across all marketing initiatives — particularly those involving external agencies. Reporting to the Head of Marketing within the Sales & Marketing department, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from brief to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality output under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of agency-driven marketing projects (e.g. campaigns, digital initiatives) from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales) and external partners (agencies, freelancers), ensuring alignment on deliverables, feedback cycles, and approvals.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and tracking systems to monitor progress across all active projects.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of key marketing milestones including product launches, events, and major announcements.
  • Manage feedback cycles, clarify briefs, and resolve blockers to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and ways of working with agencies to enhance overall execution quality and speed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Educational Background: A strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing or communications projects end-to-end, ideally involving external agencies, across complex, fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities — from junior team members to senior executives.
  • Marketing Understanding: Solid understanding of marketing processes and deliverables, including campaigns, digital projects, content production, and event management.
  • Adaptability & Organization: Organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented; thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.
