About the role

As Marketing Programs Manager Europe, you will own the coordination and execution of marketing programs, events, congresses, and the SomnoMed Academy (our customer education program) across Europe. At the same time, you will be the dedicated marketing partner for the French commercial organization, our fastest‑growing market. This dual scope is a feature of the role, not a compromise.

What You will do

  • Own the European marketing programs calendar—congresses, events, and the SomnoMed Academy, end‑to‑end, with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead all event logistics: venue sourcing, stand bookings, speaker and delegate management, on‑site delivery, and budget accountability.
  • Own vendor relationships and ensure all marketing materials are compliant, current, and localized across European markets.
  • Be the day‑to‑day marketing partner for the French sales team and commercial leader: campaigns, field marketing, events, and local communications.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of every congress, event, and SomnoMed Academy session in France, from first planning step to on‑site execution.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, sleep clinicians, dentists, ENT specialists, and GPs; engage credibly using clinical and medical device terminology relevant to OSA and oral appliance therapy.
  • Contribute to growing SomnoMed’s influence in the French professional community.
  • Coordinate newsletters, email campaigns, and digital content in close collaboration with the Demand Generation Specialists.
  • Support CRM administration (Salesforce), sales meeting organization, and deliver structured program reporting against KPIs.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in event coordination, program management, or marketing operations, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, dental, or life sciences.
  • French C2 (native or equivalent) and English C1, both non‑negotiable. You communicate credibly with French healthcare professionals and comfortably in a pan‑European team.
  • Comfortable in the French medical environment: you can hold a credible conversation with sleep clinicians, dental practitioners, and ENT specialists, and you understand the regulatory framework for medical device marketing in France.
  • Hands‑on and organized: you own things end‑to‑end, manage budgets, juggle deadlines, and deliver without needing to be chased.
  • Collaborative team player in a matrix organization, working across geographies, functions, and seniority levels.
  • Familiar with Salesforce (CRM), Microsoft Office, and ideally Canva or marketing automation tools.
