Marketing Manager : French & English | Fully Remote

GDM Menuiseries is looking for a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities across France and international markets.

We specialise in premium windows, doors and architectural glazing solutions, with a strong focus on design, performance and minimalist systems for residential and professional projects.

This is a fully remote position for someone who is comfortable combining strategy with execution and who wants to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious company.

Your role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing GDM Menuiseries' marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads and supporting the company's commercial growth.

You will work closely with management, sales teams, external partners and specialists to coordinate our digital marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy
• Managing digital acquisition campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media and other relevant channels
• Coordinating the production of website content, landing pages, case studies and marketing materials
• Improving lead generation and conversion across our digital channels
• Managing and developing the company's organic search visibility
• Monitoring website performance, traffic, leads and marketing KPIs
• Managing marketing agencies, freelancers and external partners when required
• Developing our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Supporting product launches and new commercial initiatives
• Identifying new acquisition opportunities and marketing channels
• Analysing competitors, market trends and customer behaviour
• Improving CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation processes
• Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is both strategic and operational.

You should be comfortable defining a marketing plan, but also capable of managing campaigns, analysing results and making improvements yourself.

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience in digital marketing or marketing management
• Strong knowledge of digital acquisition and lead generation
• Good understanding of SEO and paid acquisition
• Experience working with analytics and performance marketing tools
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A data-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Professional proficiency in both French and English

Experience in one or more of the following industries would be a strong advantage: architecture, construction, windows and doors, home improvement, interior design, premium residential products or B2B services .
