Responsibilities
- Execute and adapt Lengow’s marketing plan according to business priorities and market opportunities
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across demand generation, events, content and partner marketing
- Identify and prioritise the highest-impact opportunities for the business
- Ensure strong alignment between Marketing, Sales and Partnerships teams
- Monitor marketing performance and contribution to pipeline generation
- Analyse campaign results and customer acquisition performance
- Track key marketing KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Drive data-informed decisions to optimise marketing investments
- Oversee key marketing initiatives, including events, webinars and content programmes, while personally leading and executing French-speaking events and webinars
- Support Lengow’s visibility across the e-commerce ecosystem
- Contribute to the evolution of marketing assets and sales enablement materials
- Monitor marketing spend and budget allocation
- Work closely with Finance to ensure effective budget tracking and prioritisation
- Lead and support a small international marketing team and external contributors
- Set priorities, allocate resources and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives
- Provide guidance, remove blockers and help the team focus on the highest-impact opportunities
- Foster a collaborative, positive and results-oriented working environment
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, including significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Defining and executing marketing plans
- Leading and developing a marketing team
- Working closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders
- Managing marketing budgets and tracking business performance
- Exposure to e-commerce/marketplaces is a plus
- Another nice plus: experience with AI-powered marketing tools, workflow automation or productivity solutions
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and marketing metrics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Hands-on approach with the ability to contribute operationally when needed, particularly on French-speaking initiatives
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Positive, pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude
- Fluent French and English is mandatory
- Spanish, German or Italian is a plus
