Job Summary
We have an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced candidate to join a world-class business in the role of Marketing Manager . The location is Paris, France . Travel within France and Benelux, primarily in France (maximum 20% of working time), might be required.
Responsibilities
- As Marketing Manager , you will be responsible and accountable for driving Marketing activities within France & Benelux. You will work with customers to deploy a marketing services program around Portfolio Deployment, Sustainability, and Communication.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Global & European colleagues, and Marketing Directors/Managers of customers and marketing/communication agencies.
- Note: this role does not involve people management; it is primarily an operational position with transversal management aspects.
- Pillar #1 – Growth with existing & new customers: participate in developing the Market Business Plan, identify market growth initiatives aligned with the Europe & Central Asia strategy, deploy and execute initiatives, identify new product requirements and champion them with the team and Product organization, work with customers to secure alignment and deliver value including marketing services, and manage Market Promotional Investment according to rules and processes.
- Pillar #2 – Sustainability: participate and lead cross-border projects in France & Benelux, deploy sustainable portfolio (packaging & processing equipment), drive sustainable communication activities (joint projects with customers and Tetra Pak; liaise with Paris & Co Incubator), and participate in sustainability advocacy related to collection and recycling of beverage cartons.
We believe you have
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, preferably as a product/brand manager or marketing manager in a sustainability-focused environment.
- Professional skills in cross-portfolio marketing communication and category management.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing; strong understanding of FMCG marketing principles is a plus.
- University/college degree or MBA or equivalent in Marketing.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, structured, and creative with the ability to own strategic and execution work for projects and customers.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable in written, verbal, and presentation contexts, with proven stakeholder management and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong project management skills to support achievement of business targets.
- A driving license is a plus for visiting customers in France & Benelux.
- A commitment to sustainability across roles and activities.
