As a Marketing Manager at Weshare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving growth. We are seeking a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a deep understanding of the travel industry to lead and execute our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our travel services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing, to capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of travel discussions.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to boost our online visibility and conversions.
  • SEO and Website Optimization: Improve our website\'s visibility on search engines through SEO techniques, and optimize user experience to enhance conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships, drive repeat bookings, and provide value-added content.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze marketing metrics, utilizing data to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer service, and sales to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry trends.
