  • Stress Resilience: Handles high‑pressure situations and tight deadlines with focus and composure
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, project management software, analytics tools)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • English and French fully fluent

To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Marketing Manager to manage and execute our marketing operations

This is a highly operational role, where you’ll tackle diverse marketing challenges, drive projects, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution of our marketing strategy

  • Operational Marketing Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
  • Project Execution: Lead and support various projects, such as email marketing campaigns, event planning, and optimizing marketing processes
  • Content & Communication: Supervise and contribute to the creation of content (social media, blogs, newsletters) and communication materials to ensure consistent and impactful messaging
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns to drive engagement and meet business goals
  • Collaboration: Act as the operational link between marketing, communication, and other teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects
  • Feedback & Improvement: Maintain open communication with the team, provide constructive feedback, and embrace input to optimize marketing strategies
