That's why we're building Alexandria, the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets. We're backed by Y Combinator (S26).

Over the next 6 months, we'll acquire and anonymize 300+ full data ecosystems from real-world companies to become the leader in real-world business workflow data.

This summer, we're assembling a small, senior team to move extremely fast and cement our lead in company data.

Job Description

Brand

• Make our brand shine both for clients (AI labs) and partners (CEO and founders)
• Build a brand that is reassuring, optimistic, safe, and research-friendly : AI for humans, not humans for AI.
• Define our brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy for both internal and external audiences.

Community

• Create a community of CEOs and founders who recommend our solution, a referral snowball that plays a major role in our data acquisition pipeline.
• Organize events in strategic areas to nurture leads and anchor this community. You'll own the strategy behind these events (a strategic role, not an operational one).

Product Marketing

• We'll have a document QA and editing platform where hundreds of external workers contribute to the anonymization effort and uphold the quality standards that define us. You'll be responsible for creating onboarding flows and overall product marketing to make the platform as easy and efficient to use as possible.
• We'll also have an internal tool whose mission is to help our forward-deployed engineers extract our partners' data efficiently and safely. You'll make sure this part of our product is easy to use for both internal users and partners.
• You'll be in charge of the visual assets used during our data acquisition pipeline and obviously in charge of the website too.

Preferred Experience

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in marketing, product marketing, or brand, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• You have built or grown a brand that people trust.
• You know how to turn a product into a clear, simple story for different audiences.
• You have a good eye for design and can guide visual assets and the website.
• You are comfortable marketing to founders, CEOs, and technical audiences.
• Bonus: experience with community building or events.
• Fluent English is mandatory. It is our working language with partners and labs.

Recruitment Process

• Intro call with Grégoire (30 min) to align on the role and your background.
• A short case or portfolio review to see how you think and work.
• A meeting with the founders and part of the team.
• Reference checks, then offer.

We move fast. Expect the whole process to take two weeks.
