This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & GTM Ops Specialist based in France.

• This is an intermediate-level opportunity for a builder who enjoys creating scalable systems at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Sales, Operations, Data, and AI.
• You will design and own automations, integrations, AI workflows, and data flows that support go-to-market activities across multiple European markets.
• Your work will directly contribute to qualified pipeline generation, self-service signups, and the elimination of repetitive manual processes.
• Rather than following predefined playbooks, you will identify opportunities, test ideas, and build solutions from the ground up.
• The role requires a strong balance of technical problem-solving, business thinking, experimentation, and operational reliability.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, and revenue teams while translating complex technical systems into practical solutions.
• Success will be measured through tangible business outcomes, particularly SQL generation, qualified signups, and scalable GTM infrastructure.
