About the Role
We´re looking for a talented Marketing Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. In this role, you´ll shape how ATS Global communicates visually, turning complex industrial and digital transformation concepts into compelling stories that connect with our audiences worldwide.
You won´t just be executing designs; you´ll be a key contributor to our brand identity, helping us stand out in a technical market and directly influencing how prospects perceive and engage with ATS Global.
What You´ll Do
Design & Visual Content
- Create high-quality marketing assets: website visuals, social media creatives, campaign banners, ads, email graphics, and video content
- Design presentations, sales collateral, infographics, and technical visualisations
- Translate complex industrial and technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Ensure all work aligns with ATS branding guidelines and quality standards
Website & WordPress Visual Identity Management
- Create, update, and manage visual content on the ATS Global website using WordPress
- Maintain visual consistency, UX/UI quality, and SEO-friendly image structure across all web pages
- Support landing page creation and campaign execution
AI-Powered Design
- Use AI tools (generative image creation, content enhancement) to accelerate production and boost creativity
- Experiment with new formats; interactive visuals, motion graphics, AI-assisted personalisation
- Stay ahead of emerging tools and bring fresh ideas to the team
Brand & Quality
- Own brand consistency across typography, colour, layout, and visual identity
- Deliver ready to release outputs; polished, accurate, no revisions needed
- Help evolve ATS Global design guidelines and visual standards
What We´re Looking For
Required
- Bachelor´s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent English (spoken and written); essential for this role
- 5+ years of graphic design experience in a marketing or digital environment
- A strong portfolio showing digital design, brand consistency, and the ability to simplify complex concepts visually
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience withWordPress (content updates, page builders, basic layout management)
- Experience withAI design tools (generative image tools, AI‑assisted platforms)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and UX/UI basics
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for web content tweaks
- Experience in B2B, industrial, or tech‑driven environments
- Understanding of SEO best practices for visual content
