The Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day execution of our marketing activities across CRM, ecommerce, content, and campaign coordination.
This role is suited to someone with some experience in digital marketing or ecommerce who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working across different areas of a growing fashion business. The right candidate will support the Creative Marketing Manager and wider team in delivering campaigns, maintaining the website, coordinating assets, and helping execute key marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
CRM, Email & SMS Marketing
- Assist the Creative Marketing Manager with the construction, organization, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo.
- Help build, test, and schedule campaign sends.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of automated flows.
- Assist with audience segmentation and targeted campaign setup.
- Help monitor CRM performance and prepare regular reporting.
- Support CRM best practices, deliverability, and database hygiene.
Social Media & Content
- Support content creation and scheduling across social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Assist with creating and editing short‑form photo and video content for social.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing output.
- Support the organization and coordination of social media assets.
Marketing Operations
- Assist with campaign launches, scheduling, and coordination.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and promotional timelines.
- Assist with reporting across CRM, ecommerce, social, and paid media channels.
