Position Summary
To efficiently generate qualified prospects staying at Marriott’s Village d’Ile de France to attend a sales presentation at the MVCI Gallery, book clients on virtual sales presentations when requested, and harvest owner referrals. To assist in the tracking of current marketing programs according to MVC Corporation standards and professionalism.
Essential Job Functions
- Through professional persuasion, generate qualified prospective purchasers to attend a Marriott’s Village d’Ile de France sales presentation.
- Qualify clients according to the “details of participation” of any given program.
- Diplomatically explain promotion terms and conditions to guests that may qualify for a general information tour (GI).
- Coordinate appointments with the Customer Relations Manager.
- Provide accurate, detailed information to all clients with product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive attitude with everyone you meet at your location.
- Develop a positive relationship with all staff and adhere to the standard protocol set by the General Manager.
- Keep the location clean, polished, tidy at all times and maintain the logbook/electronic diary whenever necessary.
- Provide creative suggestions for new programs or improvements to current marketing programs to maximize sales, guest, and owner relations efficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- The responsibility of the IPC is to invite in‑house guests staying at Marriott’s Village d’Ile de France to the MVCI S&M Gallery for a 90‑minute sales presentation.
- Maintain contact with allocated guests to build relationships and schedule presentations.
- Perform the following activities:
- Send welcome letters or e‑mails.
- Perform welcome calls to set appropriate times to meet with guests.
- Entice guests to book a presentation in the Preview Centre/Sales Gallery.
- Distribute personalized invitations.
- Suggest solutions and resolve issues for guests before arrival or during their stay.
- Follow up on problem resolution in writing as per MVCI standards.
- Promote Marriott’s Village d’Ile de France and MVC to guests with the aim to book them in for a sales presentation during their stay.
- Ensure completion of all administrative duties in a timely manner liaising with the Sales & Marketing Customer Relations Manager.
- Keep the Customer Relations Manager informed on additional steps taken to help a guest or when gifts are offered.
- Issue open invitations when a specific date and time are not provided and maintain constant contact to secure an appointment at the Sales Gallery/Preview Centre.
- Deliver chase‑up letters to guests’ apartments/villas and telephone them to encourage a visit to the Preview Centre.
- Offer virtual sales presentations to clients who could not attend a presentation onsite.
- Assist new coordinators during their transition into the role.
- Act as a role model for new associates.
- Track personal progress and goals.
- Expand knowledge and self‑motivation by studying books related to your work.
- Create a positive team attitude to enhance productivity and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
- Public relations and marketing background.
- Direct sales experience is an advantage.
- Must be organized, motivated, able to work unsupervised and goal‑oriented.
- Excellent one‑to‑one communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours/days, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic is an advantage.
- Other languages are valued.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Proactive and team player.
- Ability to assist in other areas as required by business needs.
- Compliance with MVC Company policy, procedures, and protocols.
