The Opportunity

Leavitt Industrial Group is looking for a creative collaborative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Langley British Columbia As the Marketing Coordinator you will serve as an internal marketing expert and go to resource for colleagues across your designated portfolio of brands including Leavitt Machinery and Leavitt Training Reporting to the Brand Manager you will support brand growth and elevation by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives across our regions and territories This position will take the lead on marketing related activities for assigned companies from supporting local market research and developing strategic regional marketing plans and messaging to creating marketing collateral producing video content managing digital channels and supporting physical branding projects The successful candidate will be naturally curious highly creative and motivated to make their projects the best they can be You understand the importance of consistency and clarity when building brands across multiple regions and audiences and you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Manager as an internal brand ambassador for all companies within the designated Leavitt Industrial Group portfolio including Leavitt Machinery and Leavitt Training
• Collaborate with and support internal business units in implementing strategic marketing plans
• Develop and execute region specific marketing strategies to effectively target key industries and customer personas within our territories
• Support local market research and contribute to the development of strategic regional marketing plans and accompanying messaging
• Design and produce branded marketing collateral and sales enablement tools
• Create compelling marketing content including graphic design and video production
• Write and design branded email campaigns highlighting featured products seasonal promotions and other marketing initiatives
• Develop customer facing communications relating to acquisitions branch moves service updates and other business changes
• Create and manage online image and video libraries
• Manage local online business listings and reviews through Google Business Profile
• Support the management and growth of our brands YouTube channels including identifying and repurposing OEM produced video assets based on target industries and customer personas
• Support physical branding projects for branch level branded assets in collaboration with the Brand Manager
• Contribute to ongoing brand growth and elevation across multiple regions and audiences
• Support campaign management KPI tracking and marketing performance measurement
• Ensure marketing activities messaging and creative assets maintain brand consistency and quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a balance of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and tactics
• Post secondary education in Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and InDesign
• Advanced InDesign skills are a mandatory requirement for this role
• Knowledge and understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
• Experience with CMS website platforms such as WordPress or similar
• Experience with email marketing platforms and knowledge of email marketing best practices
• Experience developing marketing campaigns utilizing CRM systems is an asset
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with a very high level of efficiency in Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint and Copilot
• Experience managing and collaborating with colleagues using project management systems such as Asana
• Sound knowledge of marketing messaging websites Google local search strategies CRM concepts campaign management and KPI measurement
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Tech savvy with an understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
• Self directed and able to work efficiently independently
• Precise English writing grammar and punctuation skills
• Highly creative with the ability to develop out of the box ideas that effectively represent and elevate our brands
