How will you shape our tomorrow
The Orchestration Business Transformation team deploys Group/Digital Factory solutions, steers continuous improvement (customer satisfaction & business processes), and orchestrates the step‑by‑step transformation of local organizations toward a new target operating model. A transversal Global Change Management Office (CMO) supports these deployments.
Within the CMO, our Product Marketing & Communication capability turns product change into clear, timely, and actionable messages and documentation.
In this role, you will:
- Translate complex updates into concise internal (and selected external) communications that unlock adoption.
- Run Documentation governance, ensuring coverage, quality, and visibility.
- Provide light design support so OpCos can roll out locally with ready‑to‑use, on‑brand assets.
You will partner with the Productization team, Product Managers and Product owners to keep Playbook content accurate, complete, and discoverable, while surfacing blockers early through structured reporting.
Responsibilities
Editorial & content (primary scope)
- Draft, edit and publish recurrent communication and announcements on several internal channels, consolidating feedback and linking to benefits, activation and prerequisites.

- Plan, host and minute Documentation Governance calls: agenda, status collection, decisions, action/owner/deadline tracking.
- Maintain coverage dashboard and monthly reporting: flag missing items from previous PIs and circulate progress to stakeholders per the agreed workflow/RACI.
Design & OpCo enablement (in partnership with the designer)
- Prepare and assemble go-to-market kits (final copy + visuals), adapt templates and support light localization for OpCos usage - ensuring consistency of brand and messages.
What success looks like
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the Spark program to ensure successful deployments. You will act as a facilitator, making sure information is clear, accessible, and aligned with standards.
- Support content owners and contributors (Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects) by providing templates, editorial guidance, and timely reminders to help them deliver content on time (BRNs, feature articles and Playbook entries).
- Assist project teams by embedding documentation governance activities into PI plans: organize governance calls, track status, update dashboards, and produce monthly reports to ensure full coverage of features.
The experience you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing/communication, change/adoption preferably within an international environment.
- Excellent writing in English with French proficiency preferred; proven ability to turn technical inputs into benefit led narratives (BRNs, feature articles, Playbook entries).
- Previous experience in a B2B environment is desirable, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex structures and drive alignment.
- Design literacy for assets (Adobe/Figma) and proficiency with Confluence/GitBook and Jira.
