Marketing & Content Analyst

We are looking for a creative, hands‑on Marketing & Content Analyst to own and elevate Beloy’s brand presence across channels. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content, managing our social media presence, supporting PR efforts, and contributing to lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

This is a generalist marketing role with a strong creative component. Working closely with our Senior Design & Marketing Manager and the leadership team you will have real ownership over what you build.

What you will do

• Execute Beloy’s content calendar across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Write and produce content across formats, posts, articles, newsletters, SEO content, and more.
• Create visuals, graphics, and video content that reflect our brand and messages.
• Support PR efforts including press outreach, awards submissions, and media relations.
• Contribute to lead generation initiatives and track performance.
• Help build and maintain Beloy’s brand voice consistently across all touchpoints.

What you will bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
• Additional 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing) is mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with content creation across social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with design and visual tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Autonomous, organised, and not afraid to take ownership.
• Nice to have: video production and motion design experience.
• PR experience is a strong plus.
