Acting as a key interface between the Marketing, Legal, Business Development, and IT teams, you will oversee the firm’s CRM and marketing automation platforms. As the guardian of data quality, governance, and value creation, you will help structure the firm’s marketing data ecosystem to strengthen client intelligence, improve marketing performance, and provide lawyers with strategic insights that support business development. Your understanding of legal, industry, and commercial issues will enable you to support teams in making effective and meaningful use of data.

Job Description

As part of the six-member Marketing & Communications team, your responsibilities will include:

CRM Management

  • Administer and continuously enhance the CRM system to ensure its reliability and performance.
  • Define data governance rules and functional requirements in collaboration with the IT, Business Development, and Legal teams.
  • Support users and drive CRM adoption across the firm.

Data Management

  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation platform, billing system, external databases, etc.).
  • Define processes for data collection, structuring, and utilization.
  • Contribute to the development of tools, data flows, and business intelligence solutions in collaboration with the IT team and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance data quality and maximize its business value.

Marketing Data & Business Development

  • Identify business opportunities and actionable insights through the analysis of client, market, and industry data.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support reports.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients, markets, and target sectors to support Business Development strategies.
  • Identify and qualify strategic contacts using sales intelligence and prospecting tools.
  • Monitor developments in data and prospecting solutions to continuously improve the firm’s practices.
  • Enrich databases, segment target audiences, and analyze client organizations, their regulatory environment, and market dynamics to improve targeting accuracy.

Marketing Automation

  • Manage the firm’s marketing automation platform.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns (email marketing, event invitations, lead nurturing, webinars, and other initiatives).
  • Build target audiences, perform segmentation, and measure campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Projects

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to Marketing and Business Development tools.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and encourage the sharing of best practices.
  • Contribute to digital transformation projects involving marketing technologies and data optimization.
  • Provide occasional support for event organization and internal or external communication initiatives.

Profile

  • Master’s degree (Master’s/Bac+5) in Marketing, Data Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing data, marketing automation, or Business Development roles.
  • A hybrid profile combining expertise in marketing, data, and information systems, with the ability to work effectively with business teams, lawyers, and IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the business challenges of a law firm and the ability to interpret data within its legal and commercial context.
  • Solid experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation solutions. Knowledge of prospecting tools such as Apollo, Cognism, Kaspr, or Lusha would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data structuring, and data value creation, with an interest in business intelligence environments and information systems projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a reputation for accuracy, curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear insights and practical business recommendations.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
