  • Off-the-shelf reliable launch services to ensure all integration & launchpad operations, regulatory requirements, and launch interface project management
  • A launch-on-demand platform ( app.ridespace.io ) to find the best launch opportunities and streamline the mission management

Your Role

In close collaboration with the COO, your role is strategic as Marketing & Communication Manager and is to drive new business opportunities and strengthen RIDE!’s visibility and reputation across global markets through a wide range of communication channels.

You will be responsible of the following missions

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to marketing strategy Support the definition and evolution of the global marketing strategy in collaboration with the Operations Director, aligning actions with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget Plan, allocate, and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI across all initiatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives Design and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels (social Media, webinars, events, partnerships, industry presence) to increase brand awareness, alignment with the company’s voice and positioning.
  • Create and distribute high-impact content Produce engaging content (articles, social media posts, visuals, videos, newsletters) and ensure its effective distribution across the most relevant channels.
  • Optimize the website Continuously improve website content, structure, and performance (SEO, conversion rates, user experience).
  • Measure, analyze, and improve performance Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and continuously iterate to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Experiment and innovate
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging
  • Act as a guardian of the company’s tone of voice and positioning, ensuring consistency across all communications, including marketing materials and sales interactions.

-> Your ultimate goal: generate qualified meetings for the sales team and significantly expand our visibility within the space ecosystem.

Profile Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in marketing, communication, or growth roles
  • Mindset: Creative, proactive, and strongly results-oriented
  • Execution: Organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Content skills: Comfortable with content creation (writing, visuals, video editing tools is a plus)
  • Growth mindset: Familiar with growth marketing or growth hacking approaches
  • Languages: Strong written communication skills in both English and French
  • Interest: A strong curiosity or interest in the space industry is a big plus
  • Availability: Able to start ASAP
