Marketing Automation Specialist
Bizzdesign is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our international Marketing Operations team. This is a strategic role for a technically strong marketing professional who can architect and scale automation across regions, ensuring campaign excellence, data integrity, and measurable growth impact.

The Role – What You’ll Do
As Marketing Automation Specialist, you will own and evolve our global marketing automation ecosystem. You will be responsible for engineering automated workflows, improving lead lifecycle management, and enhancing marketing performance through technology, data, and precision execution.
- Own and administer Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and related MarTech tools
- Build and optimize global lead lifecycle processes, nurturing flows, and scoring models
- Ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and CRM alignment with Salesforce
- Design complex, multi-step automated campaigns across personas, regions, and stages
- Develop progressive profiling strategies to improve funnel conversion
- Implement campaign attribution models to measure marketing ROI and pipeline impact
- Partner with Demand Generation teams to scale personalization through automation
- Define data hygiene and governance standards across customer touchpoints
- Build dashboards and campaign analytics using Salesforce, Power BI, and Looker
- Train and support marketers across the globe in MarTech best practices
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new MarTech capabilities (CDP, ABM, AI tools)
About You – What You Bring
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in SaaS
- Proven background in marketing funnel design, lead scoring, and pipeline conversion
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), data modeling, and 3rd‑party integration
- Experience with multi-region automation strategy across EMEA/NA/APAC
- Advanced Power BI or dashboarding skills preferred
- Hands‑on experience with B2B attribution models and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) is a major advantage
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a systems‑thinking mindset
- Fluent in English, French, and German (written and spoken)
