Marketing Apprenticeship Partnerships & Press Coordinator

Job Description The IMCAS Marketing Department, and specifically the Partnership & Press Team, is offering an apprenticeship, with a diverse list of tasks, guaranteed to provide you with crucial hands-on experience in an international environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nAssisting on Media & Scientific Partnerships with various tasks, such as:\n\nEvaluating current and potential partners & their events: review current partners’ results and search for interesting new leads Updating our directory of scientific societies depending on their board changes Drafting and sending partnership proposals to selected partners, with follow up until partnership is secured Ensuring that all items provided by our partners in the proposals are successfully completed on their side Creating all the needful visuals and videos with the graphic and av team Liaising with scientific, logistic, communication and sales departments to implement the items we provide to our partners Identifying new media partnership opportunities and developing new ideas and visibility opportunities to offer to partners\n\nAssisting on Press activities with various tasks, such as:\n\nFiltering and registering all journalists requesting a press accreditation Analyzing the weekly media monitoring our press agency will send Helping with the preparation and follow up of our press activities (press tour, press release, press conference, ...)
