Marketing & Communication Officer Intern

We are currently recruiting one Marketing Intern to join the Mantu Marketing team, supporting the brands LittleBig Connection. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the execution of marketing and communication initiatives across several B2B tech brands. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in content marketing, communications, and event marketing in an international environment. No two days will look the same: you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams while contributing to real business projects.

Your Missions

• Content Marketing
  • Write and publish blog articles on topics such as AI, sustainability, the future of work or freelancing.
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, decks).
  • Contribute to content production for marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Perform benchmark and market research to identify trends and new topics to explore.
• Marketing Communications
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing newsletters.
  • Participate in the management of our social media accounts (LinkedIn).
• Event Marketing
  • Assist with the organization of online and offline events (webinars, conferences, community events).
  • Coordinate logistics, communication assets and stakeholder follow‑up.
  • Design and execute communication plans to amplify events before, during and after they take place.
  • Track engagement and report on the performance of event campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business School, Marketing or Communication.
• Already have a first internship in B2B tech marketing or experience in a Junior Enterprise or student consulting association.
• Have a sales‑driven mindset and enjoy working closely with business teams.
• Creative, curious and proactive, with strong writing skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and fast‑paced environment.
• Organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Mastering generative AI tools such as OpenAI for improving day‑to‑day productivity.
