ADS Toulouse has experienced sustained growth over recent years, expanding both its membership base and its activities across France and Europe. To support this continued development, ADS Toulouse is seeking a dynamic and service‑oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to strengthen its visibility, enhance member engagement and contribute to the continued growth of the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Director, the Marketing & Communications Manager plays a central role in promoting ADS Toulouse, developing high‑impact communications and delivering an outstanding experience for members and stakeholders.

This position combines strategic communications, marketing, member engagement and event delivery. Acting as one of the key ambassadors of ADS Toulouse, the successful candidate will build trusted relationships across industry, identify opportunities to create value for members and support the Bureau's business development objectives through effective communications, networking and professional engagement.

A genuine customer‑service mindset and a passion for building long-term relationships are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and confident communications and marketing professional to join our team in Toulouse, playing a key role in representing and promoting our activities across the aerospace sector. This position is ideally suited to a candidate educated to degree level (or equivalent) in marketing, communications or international relations, with a strong track record of delivering impactful communications within a complex, international environment.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in marketing and communications within the aerospace sector, alongside excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. They will be highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and a wide range of audiences.

A natural relationship‑builder, the individual will be a confident and credible networker, comfortable representing the organisation at industry events and acting as an ambassador for the Toulouse office. A genuine customer‑focused mindset is essential, with a passion for delivering an outstanding member experience and driving engagement across the network.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, with full professional working proficiency in both languages. Additional European languages, particularly German or Spanish, would be considered advantageous.
