Marketing and Communication Coordinator F/H

Support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives across the European market, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing & Communication Director, the role contributes to the delivery of retail activations, events, partnerships and content-related activities, helping to translate brand strategy into day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of retail activations, including VIC events, recruitment moments and in-store experiences
• Coordinate event production and logistics, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with brand standards
• Support the development and execution of partnerships, including cultural programming and external collaborations
• Provide day-to-day support across PR, media and social media activities, including coordination of press initiatives and activations
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials (gifting, print assets, lookbooks, in-store tools)
• Support the overall coordination of marketing and communication activities across the team
• Assist with supplier coordination and budget follow-up where needed

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion or related field
• Fluent in French and English. Chinese is a plus
• First experience (internship or 1–2 years) in marketing, communication, PR or events, ideally within fashion or luxury
• Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment is a plus
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Good understanding of marketing and communication environments (PR, social media, events)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams
