Role purpose

Bring the GANNI brand to life across markets, stores and communities by creating impactful activations that connect consumers emotionally while driving traffic, engagement and business results.

This role transforms strategy into brand experiences.

This role reports to the Global Marketing Director and manages a Marketing Coordinator.

The position is available for immediate start. Please indicate your availability on your CV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Activation Strategy
  • Define the global activation framework across Retail, Wholesale and key markets
  • Translate campaigns and brand moments into consumer-facing experiences
  • Build scalable activation concepts adapted locally
  • Create activation playbooks and guidelines
  • Retail & Community Experiences
  • Position stores as brand media and community hubs
  • Develop traffic-driving moments (events, launches, partnerships)
  • Elevate client experiences and hospitality standards
  • Build local relevance in key cities
  • Trade Marketing & Commercial Activation
  • Partner with Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce teams to support business priorities
  • Develop launch plans for key categories and hero products
  • Create tools that increase product visibility and conversion
  • Support franchise and wholesale partners
  • Operational Excellence & Performance
  • Manage budgets and maximize ROI
  • Coordinate agencies, suppliers and local teams
  • Ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery
  • Measure impact and create learnings

Profile

  • 6–8+ years experience in brand activation / retail marketing / experiential
  • Strategic thinker with very strong operational skills
  • Ability to create concepts AND execute with limited resources
  • Strong project management skills
  • Consumer obsessed
  • Commercial mindset
