Market Manager, Europe (Paris-based) – MJ

Trip.com Group is a leading global travel service provider offering Trip.com, Ctrip, Skyscanner, and Qunar. We operate 24/7 customer service across 19 languages with multiple regional centers and a global team.

Responsibilities

• Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within the French market by presenting prospective high-potential partners to Trip.com and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to hotels.
• Maintain best rate parity, availability, and inventory of responsible hotels.
• Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Manage the assigned market and conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.).
• Perform other assigned tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French to work in the local market, and fluent English for an international environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operation, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management, preferably in the French market.
• Detail-oriented with fast learning capability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic, positive, and a good team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Relevant exposure in OTA environments is an advantage.
• Legally authorized to work in France.
