We are looking for a pro‑active team player with a passion for travel and great organizational skills, to join our team in Frankfurt, providing support to the hotel partners and the hotel supply network.
Purpose of the role
We are looking for a pro‑active, commercially‑driven team player with a passion for travel, strong sales drive, and great organizational skills to join our happy team. In this role, you will work closely alongside Market Managers to assist in managing hotel portfolios, actively engaging hotel partners over the phone to maximize supply quality and hunting for new hotel partnerships to expand our regional coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Market Managers in managing hotel portfolios, supporting portfolio growth, partner retention, and market strategy execution
- Drive supply quality through daily partner calls to optimize rate competitiveness, secure peak room availability, and launch strategic promotions
- Conduct cold calling and targeted outreach to search for key decision‑makers, acquire new properties, and sign new hotel partnerships
- Onboard, train, and activate new hotel partners on extranet management while overseeing back‑end operations (rates, allotment, accounting, notifications, and cancellations)
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify portfolio growth opportunities and ensure overall competitiveness
- Prepare business review reports and market analyses as necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, cold-calling, negotiation, and influencing skills with a sales‑oriented mindset.
- Detail‑oriented and fast learner able to offer a consultative commercial approach to our partners
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial, sales, or account management experience in e‑commerce, travel/OTA, marketplace, revenue management, or SaaS environments.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and big sense of ownership
- Dynamic, proactive, positive, target‑driven, and a good team player
- Start‑up background with multitasking capability it’s a plus
- Ability to work in a fast growing company with capacity to quickly adapt to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
- Relevant experience in an OTA or hospitality environment is an asset
- Commitment, proactivity, sense of ownership and enthusiasm with a real desire to grow and learn
- Native or fluent in French (obligatory)
- Legally authorized to work in France.
