Market Access Manager - France
A leading international medical device company is looking to appoint a talented and ambitious Market Access Manager to support its growing healthcare economics, reimbursement and value communication activities across France, with additional exposure to Belgium and the Netherlands.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career Market Access professional looking to deepen their expertise in reimbursement, pricing, health economics and value-based healthcare within a highly collaborative and internationally focused environment.
Working across multiple innovative medical device franchises, you will play a key role in adapting global market access strategies to local healthcare systems, supporting reimbursement submissions, and developing compelling value propositions that demonstrate clinical and economic benefit to key healthcare stakeholders.
The position offers broad cross-functional exposure and the chance to progressively build autonomy within an established and supportive international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Market Access, reimbursement and value communication activities across France
- Contribute to pricing and reimbursement strategies for innovative medical device portfolios
- Adapt global value propositions and evidence strategies to local market requirements
- Support interactions related to HAS and CEPS processes
- Analyse clinical, economic and health outcomes data to support market access initiatives
- Collaborate with international, commercial, medical and health economics teams
- Contribute to the development of robust payer and stakeholder communication materials
- Support projects across France, Belgium and the Netherlands
Experience & Skills Required
- 2- 4 years’ experience within Market Access, reimbursement, pricing, HEOR or health economics within the medical device industry
- Initial exposure to HAS and/or CEPS processes and understanding of European healthcare systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical and economic evidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to develop within an international matrix organisation
- Strong learning agility with a solutions-focused mindset
