Maritime Legal Counsel – Shipping & Risk Management

CMA CGM in Marseille seeks a shipping-law professional to join the Ships & People team. You will manage litigations, draft contracts, notices, and other legal documents, and advise operational and commercial teams on risks affecting the owner.

You will monitor jurisprudence, coordinate with lawyers, insurers, and surveyors, and ensure records and reporting are kept up to date. A postgraduate law degree with shipping/insurance exposure and fluent English are required.
