Manufacturing Project Superintendent – Lean Production Leader

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead our manufacturing team in Rural Hall, NC. You will supervise 20–30 employees on the production floor, directing the department to ensure timely HVAC structural frame fabrication, safety, and quality.

You will drive lean improvements and maintain clear communication with management on progress. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration, and accountability, focusing on meeting production goals while fostering a
