Manufacturing Ops Lead - Paint & Stamping

Eaton is seeking an Operations Manager for Paint & Stamping in a manufacturing environment. You will lead the production team to meet schedules, quality, cost, and safety targets while coordinating with functional groups to satisfy customer requirements.

You will drive performance towards financial plans and strategic goals, leveraging resources and motivating personnel to build a high-performance culture. Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP experience are essential.
