Job Description:
Your MissionAs Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) Manager, you will lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Manufacturing Operating Systems across the organization. Your role will be central in driving Ipsen's digital transformation in manufacturing, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
Your main responsibilities include:
Lead deployment and configuration of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Ensure seamless integration of MES with ERP (SAP) and OT/IOT systems (SCADA, etc.).
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
Manage MES-related projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and increase productivity.
Provide training, documentation, and support to MES users.
Ensure reliable data collection and reporting to support decision-making.
Act as a key contributor to Ipsen's manufacturing digital transformation program.
Master's degree or equivalent, ideally with certification in Industry 4.0, MES, and SAP expertise.
Around 10 years' experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles, ideally in an operational environment.
Strong project management skills and proven track record in digital/operational excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong communicator with persuasive influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
