Manufacturing Engineer

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to be based at our office/our customer’s site in Montoir.

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer based in Montoir, you will drive industrial readiness, process optimization, and configuration compliance across production activities. You will support manufacturing operations from preparation through execution, ensuring robust processes, accurate documentation, and seamless integration of engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Engineering — Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and compliance with industrial standards.
• Work Preparation — Produce detailed work instructions, routings, and operational sequences to support shop‑floor execution.
• Manufacturing Methods & Tools — Apply and improve ME methodologies, digital tools, and industrial standards to enhance production performance.
• Configuration Management — Manage configuration gaps (Delta2), perform impact analyses, and maintain Industrial Integration Dossiers.
• Integrated Manufacturing Dossier — Build and maintain complete manufacturing documentation packages ensuring traceability and alignment with engineering baselines.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure industrial readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in manufacturing engineering activities, including process definition, industrialization, and production support.
• Proven experience with configuration management, including Delta2 gap analysis and industrial integration documentation.
• Solid understanding of ME business methods, digital tools, and industrial standards.
• Ability to produce and maintain integrated manufacturing dossiers.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace, heavy industry, or complex manufacturing environments is a plus.
