Manufacturing 4.0 Project Manager

Aldia is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to strengthen its team in the Paris region. You will be responsible for deploying the Manufacturing EXE solution (e-Prod MES, based on the Apriso platform) across international subsidiaries and for supporting industrial start-ups and production ramp-ups.

Qué harás

• Lead industrial digitalisation projects internationally across multiple sites.
• Deploy the e-Prod (MES) solution in subsidiary plants.
• Secure and support industrial start-ups and production ramp-ups.
• Coordinate integration with the existing ecosystem (Apriso, 3DEXPERIENCE, local ERPs and production systems).
• Bring together multicultural teams and drive change management.
• Ensure the quality of implementations and the adoption of solutions.

Lo que buscamos

• Minimum experience: 10 years.
• Proven track record in leading digital Manufacturing projects.
• Expertise in securing industrial start-ups and production ramp-ups.
• Experience in an international industrial environment.
• Proven experience in managing digital Manufacturing projects.
• Background in international, multi-site industrial environments.
• Strong command of industrial start-up and ramp-up processes.
