Your Mission

• Take full responsibility for the French market and drive its entrepreneurial development
• Act strategically and operationally, especially in sales, marketing, and business development
• Accelerate growth, unlock new business opportunities, and sustainably position the company in the market
• Identify and implement new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships
• Manage and further develop the organization with a focus on performance and scalability (3 employees)
• Plan, budget, manage finances, and report to corporate headquarters
• Collaborate with the international corporate structure and participate in cross‑functional initiatives
• Build and maintain a strong local network within the industry

How you can convince us of your qualities

• Proven success in an entrepreneurial leadership role (CEO, Managing Director, or similar)
• Strong expertise in sales, business development, marketing, and growth generation
• Strong sales background, both operationally and strategically
• Solid business and financial acumen (KPIs, budgeting, financial management)
• Experience working within an international corporate structure while being responsible for a local market
• High ownership, hands‑on mentality, execution strength, and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
• German communication abilities are a plus
