Role context
Leading a French subsidiary of around forty employees, the Managing Director France will be expected to:Accelerate the transformation of the commercial model toward a more consultative and solution-oriented approach.
Strengthen the management and economic performance of the subsidiary.
Develop and engage teams in a dynamic of change and sustainable growth.
Structure the approach to key accounts and priority markets.
Align the subsidiary with the Group’s standards, ambitions, and ways of working.
Your responsibilities
As Managing Director France, you will take full responsibility for the subsidiary:Assume full P&L responsibility with rigor, transparency, and performance focus.
Translate the Group strategy into the French market and build a clear, engaging action plan.
Lead the transformation of the commercial model toward a consultative, value-added sales approach, based on a sound understanding of maintenance, reliability, downtime cost reduction, and the improvement of clients’ industrial performance.
Structure and strengthen a Key Account approach and identify new growth opportunities in target markets.
Drive execution quality and operational excellence.
Develop the French team by fostering a culture of accountability, autonomy, cooperation, and high standards.
Embody a visible, hands-on leadership style, with clear, regular, and unifying communication, while also strengthening links with the Group and encouraging the sharing of practices and information across countries.
Candidate profile
We are looking for a leader capable of transforming and developing a commercial and service subsidiary in the field of industrial maintenance, with a genuine understanding of technical environments and client expectations among stakeholders such as Maintenance Directors, Reliability Directors, and Plant Managers:Higher education degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent. Proven experience in general management or business unit leadership with full P&L responsibility, in environments related to industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or industrial performance solutions, with offerings combining products and services. Good understanding of preventive and condition-based maintenance challenges, together with sensitivity to the added value of lubrication solutions in extending equipment lifespan, reducing wear, lowering consumption, securing operations, and improving the sustainable performance of industrial assets. Strong experience in commercial transformation, particularly in shifting from a transactional or product-led approach to a consultative, solution-, service-, and value-creation-led model. Entrepreneurial leadership style, with a strong focus on growth, execution, and results. Management approach based on empowerment, coaching, clarity of expectations, and high standards. Fluent English

Location
Permanent remote-based position, ideally located in the Paris region, Grand Est or Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Frequent travel within France and occasional travel across Europe.
