Managing / Director en Transformation Cloud – Paris

About the Role

This role supports institutions and large enterprises in using cloud technologies to accelerate digital transformation. The work covers cloud platform integration within client information systems, the design of targeted business solutions, and application migration strategy. You will also help define new cloud operating models and address the broader enterprise requirements of cloud adoption, including agility, DevOps/DevSecOps, FinOps, and Green IT. Typical engagements may include cloud migration for international groups, cloud architecture decisions such as hybrid or multicloud models, and industry-specific solutions built with hyperscalers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support move-to-cloud strategies for large international organizations.
• Define and implement application migration approaches.
• Design cloud-native operating models for infrastructure and operations teams.
• Build business cases to assess hybrid, multicloud, or datacenterless options.
• Help integrate cloud platforms into client information systems.
• Contribute to vertical solutions for specific business needs.
• Work with hyperscalers on data and AI use cases, including preventive maintenance and operational efficiency.
• Address enterprise cloud adoption topics such as agility, DevOps/DevSecOps, FinOps, and Green IT.

Required Skills

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a university degree, with an interest in business transformation and digital innovation.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or operational roles within large organizations.
• Experience thresholds by level:
• Senior: 3–5 years
• Manager: more than 5 years
• Director: more than 8 years
• Experience in cloud strategy, business cases, operating models, FinOps, and migration/transformation program delivery.
• Experience with cloud-ready delivery processes based on DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
• Cloud transformation (infrastructure, development, solutions)
• Private or public cloud offerings and providers
• Containers
• Serverless
• Data
• AI
• ML
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Mobile, curious, adaptable, team-oriented, and analytical.
