Mission

Achieve sales targets on volume/margin across different sales tiers, segments and channels; develop customer network across the country, define Go‑To‑Market; closely work with the Central European team on Sales Operations, Pricing, Service and Finance objectives; represent the company towards local and national authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: create and roll out the right sales strategy for the country to drive revenue growth across the different markets (Truck, Trailer and LCV); develop & maintain personal direct customer relationships across the country, leveraging sales with the main Key Accounts.
  • Organize field sales teams and work closely with the sales back‑office team to deliver high‑quality performance to raise customer satisfaction measured through NPS; initiate actions to meet and anticipate market requirements.
  • Develop deep market intelligence and set priorities within the different channels (Body‑Builders, end‑users and OEMs).
  • Drive customer satisfaction through network/product quality action plans involving service teams and network structuration.
  • Financial objectives: accountable for sales forecasting within the country and tracking/managing sales performance by market; along with the ETT General Manager & Sales Director, optimize the deployment of sales resources to scale coverage and limit cost of sales; collaborate with the central team to set targets and implement sales strategies and campaigns, including the deployment of the service sales growth strategy.
  • Responsible for the country P&L.
  • People Manager: coordinate the different departments (sales, sales support & service); lead effectively by selecting, developing and coaching team members and setting an example as an ethical leader; prepare a succession plan for his own and other key positions.
  • Continuous improvement: drive deployment of standards & processes (incl. SIOP, EHS); responsible for controls & compliance at country level and compliance with local laws; improve efficiency and optimize local processes/systems; focus on selling service solutions and spare parts.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales management function.
  • Strong cross‑functional management experience with solid hands‑on experience in P&L management, sales, strategy development & deployment and business transformation.
  • English language – advanced.
  • Automotive/Truck/Transport/Cold-Chain sector knowledge/experience mandatory.
