CONTEXTE :
UN CABINET DE CONSEIL RENFORCE SON ÉQUIPE TRANSACTION SERVICES (TS) EN RECRUTANT UN MANAGER POUR ACCOMPAGNER SA CROISSANCE SUR SES BUREAUX DE BORDEAUX. VOUS SEREZ ACCUEILLI DANS UNE PETITE ÉQUIPE CONFIRMÉE, COMPOSANTE D’UN GRAND GROUPE TRÈS RÉPANDU SUR LA NOUVELLE AQUITAINE.
VOS MISSIONS
- Management et encadrement d’une équipe de consultants Transaction Services, incluant la formation et la montée en compétences
- Modélisation financière : business plan, prévisionnels
- Restructuration
- Diagnostic financiers, restructuration et procédures amiables et collectives
- Audit d'acquisition, due diligence
- Accompagnement à l'achat
- Déplacements réguliers auprès des clients (quelques découchés à prévoir)
