Responsibilities
- Pilot and manage the activity of a team of technical managers, technical sales engineers, and coordinators working with partners, dealers, and subsidiaries.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and the implementation of Konica Minolta’s policies.
- Maintain relationships with partners through regular visits, partner events, and KM sessions, focusing on loyalty and development.
- Lead the operational and financial performance of the activity.
- Provide accurate, rigorous reporting to management and monitor performance indicators while developing the skills of the team.
- Act as a facilitator for the business, supporting partners and Konica Minolta.
Qualifications
- Higher technical education and proven experience in services on Konica Minolta office printer systems.
- Recognized operational manager with agility, ability to rally the team around development projects and partnerships, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Organized personality with strong client orientation, sense of responsibility, drive for exceeding expectations, and openness to new technologies.
- Self‑motivated seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to work in partnership with the indirect sales force.
