Manager, Talent Development

Responsibilities

• Define, organize and oversee Talent Development activities across all campuses
• Translate the School’s strategic directions into concrete action plans
• Establish an operational roadmap for the Talent Development department
• Ensure consistency of programs across campuses
• Structure, formalize and enforce quality standards
• Implement control processes and continuous improvement measures
• Ensure an appropriate level of innovation in line with the School’s strategy
• Manage the department’s activity based on a workload plan
• Provide operational management of the team
• Contribute to the definition of the operational communication plan

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, HR, Project Management or equivalent
• Proven experience (minimum 15 years) including managerial responsibilities
• Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital HR tools
• Experience in a business school, university, career center, HR or recruitment is a plus
