Your main tasks and responsibilities

Management & Animation of a team of hunters

  • Guarantee the performance of our 10 outbound SDRs
  • Participate in the recruitment of future SDRs
  • Drive the onboarding and ongoing training of your team in collaboration with Knowledge & Ops teams
  • Animate team activity and support their prospecting efforts

Pipeline Generation

  • Collaborate with Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to identify new pipeline sources
  • Support SDRs in lead generation (extra listings, prospecting during team sessions)
  • Ensure good pipeline performance and clear handover to the Sales team
  • Drive the team’s generation of opportunities for conversion by Sales

Participation in the Roadmap

  • Contribute to cross‑team projects with the rest of the Sales team
  • Participate in continuous process improvement

Skills to succeed

  • At least 4 years of SaaS sales experience (SDR/BDR/AE), including at least 1 year as a team leader and 2 years as an SDR
  • Prior experience in team leadership and a history of being a top‑performing senior SDR
  • Ability to adapt communication style for team members and prospects
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable performance
  • Structured approach to breaking bad habits for yourself and your team
  • Motivational leadership style, setting an example during prospecting sessions
