Job Summary

Manager Sales & Aftermarket is responsible for leading all commercial activities for Hibon, driving profitable growth across equipment sales, engineered systems, aftermarket products, service solutions, and recurring revenue programs. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to the sales, applications, customer service, and aftermarket teams, ensuring achievement of bookings, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives.

The position is a member of the Hibon Leadership Team and works closely with Operations, Project Management, R&D, Finance, Procurement, and HR to develop and execute growth strategies in key markets including wastewater, industrial processing, biogas, pneumatic conveying, nuclear, and engineered systems. The Manager Sales & Aftermarket is accountable for market development, channel strategy, pricing excellence, customer relationships, and aftermarket expansion while fostering a high‑performance commercial culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual commercial strategy and growth plan for Hibon
  • Deliver bookings, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, and aftermarket growth targets
  • Lead and develop the commercial organization, including:
  • Outside Sales
  • Applications & Systems Engineering
  • Customer Service
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPCs, OEMs, channel partners, and representatives
  • Drive cross‑selling opportunities across the Ingersoll Rand portfolio
  • Expand recurring revenue programs, service agreements, spare parts sales, upgrades, and modernization offerings
  • Ensure effective opportunity management utilizing IR CRM tools and commercial excellence processes
  • Lead quotation, pricing, and contract review governance to maximize profitability
  • Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives for strategic market segments
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Support product roadmap development through close collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering
  • Build succession plans and talent development programs for the commercial team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and ethical business practices
  • Participate as a key member of the Hibon Leadership Team, contributing to overall business performance and strategic direction

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial equipment, engineered systems, rotating equipment, compressors, blowers, vacuum systems, or process technologies
  • Proven experience managing sales and aftermarket organizations
  • Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Experience with international customers, EPC contractors, distributors, and channel management
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pricing strategies, and sales management processes
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage
