Manager – RM Strategy & Performance
The Manager RM Strategy & Performance is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and validating the impact of strategic Revenue Initiatives, ensuring the long‑term success of our global RM strategy roadmap.
This role combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise and strong stakeholder management to continuously optimise innovative revenue strategies and drive sustainable RM performance. It requires a blend of strategic vision and advanced analytical capabilities to ensure revenue strategies are effectively executed and integrated across the global RM landscape. The position also involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, supporting leadership and stakeholders, setting long‑term goals, managing risks and driving business and project impact.
The role involves handling data and statistics from PMS, TARS, RMS, Excel shared tools, market and distribution files and collaborates closely with providers, key stakeholders, cross‑functional teams across the Group. This includes developing and implementing performance management frameworks, tools adoption, KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Your Mission
Revenue Strategy Design
- Lead the formulation of comprehensive revenue strategies
- Translate strategic ambitions into actionable programmes that strengthen long‑term RM performance
- Support leadership with data‑driven recommendations and strategic scenario evaluations
RM Performance Measurement & Impact Tracking
- Implement and continuously refine performance management frameworks
- Monitor, analyse and validate the impact of RM initiatives using advanced KPIs and dashboards
- Identify performance gaps, risks and uplift opportunities to drive ongoing optimisation
RM Analytics, Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyse business results, market signals and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions on revenue management approach
- In collaboration with Data and Business Performance teams, isolate the performance impact of revenue management practices as a whole
- Integrate insights into strategic planning, tactical adjustments and business cases
Revenue Management Growth, Innovation & Opportunity Assessment
- Identify new business opportunities that enhance revenue performance and strategic value
- Evaluate the potential of emerging technologies, RM methodologies and innovation pilots
- Recommend strategic adaptations to maximise efficiency, adoption and ROI
Governance, Guidelines and Brand Standards – Revenue Management Ownership
- Contribute to building and maintaining performance governance frameworks and supporting tools
- Promote best practices, ensure consistent execution and support adoption across regions
- Serve as main point of contact for brand standards and hotel yearly guidelines process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, business strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Data analysis and financial modelling, including use of relevant tools and processes
- Strong knowledge of Accor systems, including IDeaS, PMS, CRS and 3rd‑party technology
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Fluent English, other languages a plus (French, German, Spanish)
