Manager Régional Service

Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost‑effective solution. Escalates complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the achievement of regional objectives.
• Optimize organizational structure and develop the competencies of teams.
• Direct managerial activities and lead the engineering team for service clients.
• Ensure the monitoring of periodic controls of measurement tools.
• Conduct interviews on the Career Portal and participate in recruiting new engineers for the region.
• Identify regional training needs and support follow‑up.
• Perform technical activities, including on‑site visits and installation of complex systems.
• Integrate emergency response and client‑side interventions.
• Manage preventive maintenance and ensure planning updates for each ISC.
• Distribute workloads evenly among ISCs.
• Handle administrative tasks and resolve client disputes related to service processes.
• Oversee absences and convêrs, ensuring all competences are available across the territory.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and Strategic Account Managers to facilitate information exchange.
• Prepare an annual performance review of key client accounts.
• Guide communication and maintain data quality in the internal Oracle tool.
• Inform the group of any system updates or changes in laboratories.
• Act as the final point of contact for reporting on quality, safety, hygiene and environmental aspects.
