Manager R&D - CDI (H/F/X)

Description

Leading a team of RDQ professionals in product development, you identify and prioritize development activities. You lead teams that deliver RDQ activities needed to complete new product development and maintain portfolios and/or productivity projects, keeping in mind the goal to create the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

• Define, initiate and lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver business goals using technical rigor and best practices.
• Allocate resources and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Educate business stakeholders about technical risks, ensuring clear communication and effective cross-functional decision making.
• Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
• Demonstrate high levels of technical rigor and expertise, staying up-to-date on best practices and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, retain and develop direct and indirect reports; mentor and coach the team to grow capability and support career development.
