Together, we can shape the future.**Job Description:**Bédoin and Entraigues sites produce and transform silica, mainly for the construction, glass, sports & leisure and renewable energy industries.
The **Manager Operations** organizes, optimizes and continually improves the operational, production and maintenance activities, taking into account the Sibelco values and policies.
The Manager Operations drives his/her operational organization in order to maintain and develop the quarry and processing site, while guarantying performance objectives in terms of HSE, quality, quantity, planning and costs.
As a subtle and positive leader, he/she will also be responsible for driving the change and maintain a positive social climate, for all parties to benefit from growth in the future.- Multiple years of industry experience in mining/minerals, ideally as a Quarry Manager Strong people management experience. Native French and fluent English are vital for this role.
