Are you an experienced forensic or internal audit professional with sharp analytical instincts, a strong ethical compass, and a desire to drive change at global scale?
Our client – a world leader in industrial services – is looking for a Manager of Ethics & Internal Investigations to join its growing Ethics & Compliance team. You'll report directly to the Group General Counsel and work closely with top leadership and strategic cases that shape their integrity, compliance, and future.
What you will do:
• Lead complex, sensitive investigations into fraud, corruption, ESG concerns, and ethical breaches, forensic investigations, or other alerts reported via internal whistleblowing channels
• Conduct forensic analyses (financial, accounting, digital) with precision and autonomy
• Collaborate closely with Internal Audit, Legal, HR, IT and Operations, while maintaining an independent posture, and as needed with any external supports appointed to assist complex investigations
• Recommend remediation measures, or internal control enhancements
• Train regional teams on investigation methods and help internalize key capabilities
• Act as the operational arm of audit & compliance for global inquiries
• Embed a culture of integrity and continuous improvement across the Group

Who you are:
• 7–9 years' experience in forensic investigations, internal audit, or financial control
• Strong finance background (Master's degree), with proven data analysis skills (ERP, AI tools welcome)
• Fluent in English (French, Arabic or other languages are a plus)
• Independent thinker, rigorous, confidential by nature
• At ease in multicultural, fast-moving environments
Where you'll work:
• Full remote is possible (5-day monthly travel to HQ in Montpellier, France – travel covered)
• Flexible workplace: you can be based in France or abroad
• Occasional international travel required
