We are seeking a Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, France to join our Medical Affairs team in France, supporting our country organisation in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will deliver compliant country Medical Affairs activities while collaborating with local Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders. Discover your role

  • Maintain audit readiness through documentation, tracking, and records management.
  • Optimise transparency reporting, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Complete assigned medical activities in local systems through regulatory and GxP completion.
  • Localize global, regional, and local standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and expense reconciliation.
  • Coordinate medical meetings, congress logistics, agenda flow, actions, and follow-up.

You bring structure and service focus to cross-functional Medical Affairs operations.

This role requires

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in Medical Affairs operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotech environment experience.
  • Experience in a country organization or local operating company.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, transparency, and regulated country-level processes.
  • Fluency in French, with business-proficient English preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and relevant systems experience, including Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, PromoMats, and procurement tools.
  • Occasional business travel as required.
  • Country Medical Affairs operations experience, including event and congress planning.
  • Contract and procurement systems knowledge, such as iCertis or SAP.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Commercial operations experience desirable.
  • Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary Range (annually) €60,750.00 - €101,250.00
