Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping define and drive business and technology transformation.
• Lead the development of engagement strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations.
• Contribute to design and deployment of personalized interactions between brands and their clients as part of the Digital Marketing Platform.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Consultants across France and the Middle East; work closely with Sales and other stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consulting or equivalent role with ability to influence C-level executives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with strategy development, roadmaps, and solution delivery in marketing/tech transformations.
