Manager, Human Resources

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field — a strong educational foundation is essential.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline (preferred).
• Professional HR certifications are a plus (e.g., ANDRH/other local equivalents), as well as demonstrated continuing professional development.
• 8-10+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility, 3-5+ years as HR Manager
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial site in France (shift environment), including social dialogue with employee representatives/CSE, is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of French labor law (Code du travail), employee relations practices, and HSE/occupational health requirements in an industrial setting.**Key Job** **Skills**
