As a Manager HR Business Partner & HR Country Responsible France in our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company.
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will act as key point of contact for managers and employees in our Sales & Marketing as well as Research & Development teams, the works councils’ representatives in our two sites in France, Paris and in Le-Puy-Ste-Réparade near Aix-en-Provence and our Global Functional Teams.
- Act as a consultant and strategic partner to the business by giving guidance on organizational and people-related matters, while providing insightful data and proactive solutions in line with global strategy and guidelines
- Ensure a constructive relationship and mandatory regular exchange with the works council to achieve balanced solutions and be the focal point for the labor law agency
- Implement new corporate policies and processes in Infineon France
- Ensure full compliance with French labor law, operating and developing personnel-related processes complying with the respective valid legislation
- Support staffing of open positions incl. recruitment and onboarding of new employees by partnering with Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction team
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- You are a natural team player with excellent communication skills including experience in presentation and facilitation and the ability to collaborate across boundaries.
- You consider yourself an empathic listener that continuously strives to create sustainable relationships.
- You understand the root causes for potential problems and proactively develop suitable solutions for them.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role with the ability to manage business clients and workers council.
- Multidisciplinary HR experience within an international organization.
- A proactive and hands-on mindset, a sense of urgency and the ability to manage complex situations and to drive HR processes embracing digitalization.
- Deep knowledge of French Labor Law.
- Ability to listen and to establish trustful and cooperative relationships.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
